At ALU Globus Fence, we proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to provide peace of mind for our customers. Our premium 6063-T6 aluminum products are engineered to withstand time, climate, and use — and are guaranteed not to rust for the life of the product.
While the rust-free nature of our aluminum allows us to confidently offer lifetime protection on core materials, we also include structured warranty terms for coating, structural integrity, and hardware components. Below is a summary of coverage:

1. Rust-Free Lifetime Guarantee
All ALU Globus aluminum profiles are guaranteed to remain rust-free for the product's lifetime. Our use of 6063-T6 architectural-grade aluminum ensures exceptional corrosion resistance, even in high-humidity and coastal zones.
2. Structural Integrity - 10-Year Limited Warranty
Our aluminum systems are protected against structural failure for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.
Exclusions:
• Damage caused by impact, improper installation, or structural modifications.
• Damage caused by natural disasters or misuse.
3. Powder Coating - 5-Year Limited Warranty
We guarantee that our powder-coated finishes will not peel, flake, or crack for 5 years under normal use.
Fading is normal and varies by environment:
• 1-10% fading expected in standard environments.
• Up to 20% fading in coastal or high-UV areas.
Exclusions:
• Chlorine exposure from sprinklers or pool water.
• Hard water stains, pressure washing, or industrial pollutants.
4. Hardware - 1-Year Warranty
All hardware such as hinges, brackets, and screws are warrantied for 1 year against manufacturer defects.
Exclusions:
• Normal wear and tear or misuse.
• Rust caused by exposure to harsh water or poor maintenance.
5. Maintenance Requirements
To maintain this warranty, customers must clean aluminum profiles at least twice a year with non-abrasive, aluminum-safe cleaners. Sprinklers must not hit the aluminum directly, and all hard water or chlorine residue must be removed promptly. Failure to follow these maintenance practices will void warranty coverage.
6. Claims & Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Claims must include proof of purchase and photo evidence. ALU Globus Fence reserves the right to inspect the claim and determine eligibility. This warranty does not cover installation, delays, acts of God, or indirect damage.
